MEXICAN CUISINE

Mexican cuisine is known for its blending of Indigenous and European cultures. Mexican food with its humble ingredients balances fat with acid, and layered spices, vegetables, and chiles in a really dynamic way. The most popular dishes that you may have heard of already are: Tacos, Enchiladas, Mole, Tamales, Pozole, Burritos, Menudo, and Sopes.

Tacos:

A taco is a tortilla with any type of meat you want. you can add cilantro, onions, tomato, sour cream and pretty much anything else you would like.

Enchiladas:

An Enchiladas is a tortilla that is covered with red chili or green chili. In the inside you could put pork, or chicken. On top you can put sour cream, queso fresco and white cabbage or lettuce. 
Mole: 

Mole is a chili and Mexican chocolate an other ingredients in which you add the chicken once you have cooked it.


Tamales:

Tamales is a traditional Latin American dish made of masa(a starchy dough, corn-based). which you can fill in wit chicken meat or pork meat. Also cheese, vegetables and chilies.
